Diamond Reward - Claridge’s Champagne Tea for Two

25 Diamond points

The introduction of afternoon tea, a quintessentially English tradition, is usually credited to Anna, Seventh Duchess of Bedford, in the early 19th century.

The Duchess grew hungry between an early lunch and a late dinner served in her boudoir in the mid-afternoon.

Claridge's offers a huge choice of over 30 different teas from all over the world. These are accompanied with a delicious selection of finger sandwiches, French pastries and freshly baked raisin and apple scones served with Claridge's own popular tea-infused jam and thick Devonshire, clotted cream.

Afternoon Tea is available daily from 3pm to 5:30pm and reservations are essential.
